【 Job Description 】
Mainly in Tokyo and its suburbs,
We will entrust you with construction management work such as repair of the building body and painting / waterproofing work.
・ Meeting about construction
・Management of site conditions based on organized drawings
・ Contacting craftsmen, managing schedules
・ Arrangement of materials, equipment and staff
・ Safety management at the site
・ Other incidental work in general
Site: Repair site
Scale: Mainly large sites such as buildings and condominiums *There are no detached houses.
Construction period: about 3 to 4 months
Team: 3 team of 4-1 people
Others: Basically, we work in a team of multiple people, so there is an environment where inexperienced people can rely on the surroundings.
Those with experience in construction work are most welcome.
