【Job Description】
A first-tier subcontractor for Sekisui Heim, a major housing manufacturer.
You will be required to support the manufacturer's site supervisor in managing the property, act as his agent, and perform some construction work (light work).
・ Meeting about construction
・ Estimate
・ Construction schedule management
・Arrangement of materials, equipment and staff
・ Safety management at the site
・ Other incidental work in general
We receive orders from Tokyo Sekisui Heim Co., Ltd. for about 100 buildings every year.
We are doing the construction and management.
In addition, we also carry out construction and site management for remodeling general buildings and new construction of wooden buildings.
