【Job Description】
We are a first-tier subcontractor for Sekisui Heim, a major housing manufacturer. We are looking for work in renovation management and multi-skill construction.
You will be required to accompany the on-site staff to provide support, and eventually take responsibility for the on-site work.
Please support the property management and do the construction work while acting as an agent.
・ Meeting about construction
・ Estimate
・ Construction schedule management
・ Arrangement of materials and equipment / staff
・ Safety management at the site
・ Other incidental work in general
We receive orders from Tokyo Sekisui Heim Co., Ltd. for about 100 buildings every year.
We are doing the construction and management.
In addition, we also carry out construction and site management for remodeling general buildings and new construction of wooden buildings.
