Painting, plating, inspection, and packaging of bicycle parts. Parts made of metal and resin, such as gears and cranks, are suspended from equipment and placed into plating machines. After processing, parts are visually inspected, and if there are no problems, they are packed into boxes. The parts handled are no larger than approximately 30cm. There are also positions such as automatic painting machine operator. Both the plating and painting processes utilize new, automated equipment, so there is almost no distinctive chemical smell typical of factories handling chemicals.
