【 Job Description 】
Worked as a construction manager on various construction sites.
Because there are many large sites, it is a perfect environment for those who want to improve their construction management skills!
*The area is the three prefectures of the Tokai region.
・Target facilities: civil engineering works, electrical equipment, plant construction, piping equipment, air conditioning equipment, mechanical equipment, firefighting equipment, etc.
・Construction schedule/budget management ・Materials ordering management
・Manage the condition of the machine to be used ・Issue instructions to workers ・Patrol the site
・On-site inspection ・On-site photography ・On-site adjustment ・Process control
・Reporting the construction progress to the client, etc.
*Business trips with overnight stays will be discussed and requested.
*Basically, there is no relocation.
