A total of 18 staff members are active at the head office and Nagoya branch! We have a diverse range of staff, from those who started with no experience to those who have experience in delivery and construction-related fields. There are many cheerful staff members and a homely atmosphere, so even newcomers can get used to the workplace quickly. While you are not used to it, our senior staff will work with you and teach you carefully. [Example of daily schedule] 08:00 Start of work Check your schedule for the day during the morning assembly. Each person will move on to their assigned task and start with assembly work. 10:00 Delivery If there are products to be delivered in the morning, we will head to delivery first. 11:00 Arrive on site and hand over the product to the construction staff. We may also provide construction follow-up if necessary. 12:00 Lunch break Break start times vary depending on staff schedules. I am given the freedom to go back to work and spend time with others, or spend time outside by myself. 1:13 Return to the company where work has resumed.
