Not only on-site, but also assembling signs in the factory. It is not as physically demanding as construction work, so it is an easy environment for inexperienced people to start in! Since the work is done at the customer's site, you will acquire not only technical skills but also "communication skills"! All of our currently active installation staff started without experience, so we will carefully support inexperienced people. Those with on-site work experience or arc welding experience will be given preferential treatment! ■Sales Staff■ The job is to propose signs and provide estimates to customers who have made inquiries. Customers are those who have made inquiries, been referred, or are existing customers, so there is no telemarketing or cold calling. Therefore, we are looking for a "company that is easy to sell to".
