Responsible for construction management/site supervision.
If you are inexperienced, please rest assured that we will start with on-site assistance.
・Creation of implementation plan
・Construction budget management and construction ordering
・Safety, quality, process control and storage of records
・Overall construction management work, etc.
Construction sites: office buildings, condominiums, shops, individual and apartment buildings, warehouses, etc.
→ Mainly new construction work, renovation work, etc. of nursing homes and condominiums
Construction period: Varies from 2 to 3 months to years
