【Job Description】
We will take care of the construction management.
・Support and guidance for on-site craftsmen
・ Arrangement of craftsmen (contractors are generally decided)
・Creating construction drawings and schedules
・ Preparation of quotation
Gas station repair work and repair work
We are carrying out large-scale renovation work on the city hall and municipal housing building, as well as housing renovations.
The site is mainly between Hanshin such as Osaka City and Kobe City

The construction period varies from 3 months to 1 year or more.
As a company, about three sites are always in operation throughout the year.
There are about 1 to 10 field workers involved in each project.
