You will be responsible for conducting daily and periodic inspections, as well as managing and supervising contractors, to ensure that the building's equipment operates safely and properly.
This is an environment where you can utilize your experience and work stably for a long time.

- Daily and periodic inspections of electrical, air conditioning, water supply and drainage, and fire safety equipment.
• Monitoring and operation management of the central monitoring system
- Initial response and contractor arrangement in the event of equipment malfunction
- Meter reading and record keeping for various meters
- Minor repair work (lighting replacement, simple equipment repairs, etc.)
- Supervision of inspections and construction work by partner companies
- Creating reports, inspection records, etc. on a PC
