【Job Description】
We will be in charge of construction management work for civil engineering works.
(in particular…)
・Creation of construction plans, process management, safety management, quality control, management of partner companies
- Preparation of documents to be submitted to government offices, necessary application procedures to various government offices associated with on-site operations, etc.
・Meetings with the client, dealing with nearby residents, etc.
(Project summary)
・Projects: Construction of roads, rivers, embankments, water supply and sewerage systems, tunnels, and private projects, external development work, etc.
・Amount: tens of millions to hundreds of millions of yen
・Area: Entire Yamanashi Prefecture ・Eastern Shizuoka (Gotenba City)
*Public projects are mainly in the Fujiyoshida area.
・Public/private ratio: 3:7
[Salary]
Monthly salary: 300,000 yen~ (estimated annual income: 4,200,000 yen~)
*Including deemed overtime pay (over 10 yen for 15,000 hours per month), excess work will be paid separately in full.
