【Job Description】
We will be in charge of construction management work for construction works.
(in particular…)
・Creation of construction drawings based on drawings, material ordering, process management, safety management, quality control, management of partner companies
・Creating documents to be submitted to government offices (attending each inspection)
・Meetings with the orderer, etc.
(Project summary)
・Structure: S/RC factories, warehouses, offices, stores, public facilities
・Amount: The main amount is between 1 million yen and 5 million yen.
・Area: All of Yamanashi Prefecture, eastern Shizuoka Prefecture (around Gotemba City)
・Number of people: One person will be in charge of projects worth around 5,000 million yen, about two people will be in charge of projects worth over 1 million yen, and about five people will be in charge of projects worth 1 billion yen.
[Salary]
Monthly salary: 300,000 yen~ (estimated annual income: 4,200,000 yen~)
*Including deemed overtime pay (over 10 yen for 15,000 hours per month), excess work will be paid separately in full.
*Salary will be increased/preferentially based on experience, ability, etc.
