Please provide construction cost estimation services.

・Confirmation and creation of cost estimation schedule
・Receiving drawings, confirming drawing contents, on-site investigation, etc.
・Extraction and submission of question items
・Receive quantity breakdown and confirm contents, receive provisional design plan and confirm contents
・Request for quotation from partner companies and confirm receipt/contents
・Direct construction cost mark-up, indirect cost calculation/mark-up
・Calculation of increase/decrease amount of VE, CD, etc.
・Summary of estimated costs and creation of estimates for submission
(Project summary)
・Project (S construction, RC construction, SRC construction)
Distribution stores, factories, warehouses, offices, tenants, hotels, rental apartments, public facilities, etc.
・Amount: tens of millions to hundreds of millions of yen
・Area: Entire Yamanashi Prefecture ・Eastern Shizuoka (Gotenba City)

[Salary]
Monthly salary: 300,000 yen~ (estimated annual income: 4,200,000 yen~)
