Job information provision

This is the key point!

Lifebridge Co., Ltd. aims to be a "company that serves as a bridge between people and companies." The company's greatest strength is its long history of experience as a recruitment professional. With this tremendous trust and strong connections to clients, we are confident that job seekers will be able to find the ideal place of employment they are looking for.

In recent years, the declining birthrate and aging population have led to increasingly serious problems in Japan's labor market.
Given these circumstances, we have always wanted to send as many people as possible out into the world who can work with enthusiasm.
In order to ensure optimal matching between workers and companies, what we value most is trust.
The relationship between worker and employer is also based on a person-to-person connection.
Without that trust, it is impossible to create a creative working environment.
As a bridge between these two parties, we work hard, keeping in mind that we must first be a presence that can earn their trust.

Going forward, Lifebridge Co., Ltd. will continue to connect "talent that should be utilized" with "places where they can be utilized," and pledges that all employees will conduct corporate activities with a sense of awareness of their own social responsibility.
