【Job Description】
・Drawing and editing using ArchiTrend
・Estimation work (depending on experience and ability)
・Estimate check (based on experience and ability)
・On-site surveys, government surveys (depending on experience and ability)
・Assistance with license applications

*Those with experience in Architrend are welcome.

[Salary]
Determined according to ability and experience
Example: Annual salary: 4,800,000 yen to 7,000,000 yen
*There is a trial period (6 months)

【 Working hours 】
Regular hours: 8:30-17:15 (break time: 12:00-13:00)
Two days off every other week (Tuesday and Wednesday) or (Wednesday and Sunday)
*If you have other commitments, we can discuss taking time off on weekends as well.
There is an internal calendar.

Qualifications/Licenses

・Ability to create and edit diagrams using ArchiTrend
・Those who have a second-class architect or first-class architect license
・Experience in design work (preferential treatment given to those with 2 years or more experience)
・Cheerful and likes work

This job allows you to utilize qualifications such as a Class 1 or Class 2 Architect license.
