【 Job Description 】
Assisting craftsmen at construction sites with manual tasks.
A wide range of tasks including construction assistance, moving materials, protection, unpacking, tidying up, and cleaning.
Please create an environment where your staff can concentrate on their work.

Detached houses, apartments, buildings,
Demolition work for stores and other buildings.

<Site area>
Within the Kanto region including Tokyo, Saitama, Chiba and Kanagawa
We gather at a storage facility in Soka City, Saitama Prefecture and head to the site.


<Daily work schedule (example)>
8:00 Morning meeting and start of work
Morning meetings and safety checks at the site,
We share the work details and start the dismantling work.

10:00 Short break (30 minutes)
Take regular breaks and work safely.

12:00 Lunch break (60 minutes)
Have lunch and prepare for the afternoon's work.

13:00 Afternoon work begins
We will continue with the demolition work and the sorting and loading of waste materials.

15:00 Short break (30 minutes)
Continue working at a comfortable pace.

17:00 Finish work, clean up, return to the office
We clean up the job site, put away our tools and materials, and then return to the office.
