This is the key point!
Our company is responsible for "public safety" in the form of railway vehicles. Therefore, every day's work is a serious matter.
However, it is precisely for this reason that teamwork naturally develops and a culture of supporting and helping each other has taken root.
Most of the employees start with no experience.
We have a system in place where seniors will teach you thoroughly and carefully, with the stance that it's natural that you won't be able to do it right from the start.
A wide range of ages are actively working on-site.
A key feature is the open and communicative atmosphere, where people feel comfortable expressing their opinions regardless of age.
We're focused during work hours, but we're friendly and relaxed during breaks. It's a workplace that's solid and reliable, yet also warm and welcoming.
We are free to choose hairstyles and hair colors, and many of our employees value individuality while also valuing proper manners and a sense of responsibility as working adults.
In addition, some departments offer the opportunity for nationwide business trips, making it perfect for people who want to hone their skills in a variety of work settings and who enjoy change in their work.
It's an environment where you can gain a variety of experiences, not just one.
