[Main work contents]
At sites such as factories, major supermarkets, parking lots, and certain famous theme parks,
You will be responsible for construction work, mainly floor coating work (urethane resin and epoxy resin).

Depending on your experience and skills,
You will be responsible for a series of processes.

・On-site arrangements, material preparation, safety management
・Floor surface preparation (polishing, repair, leveling, etc.)
・Floor coating using epoxy resin and urethane resin
Finishing process, line painting, and division marking
・Post-construction checks and adjustments

* Depending on experience and ability,
You may also be tasked with managing the process and mentoring junior staff.

<About the site>
The main sites are in the Kanto area.
There are many large-scale and prime contractor projects, so the workload remains stable throughout the year.
For remote locations, travel allowances will be provided separately.

【Working hours】
8: 00 to 17: 00 (break 120 minutes)

[Salary]
Monthly salary: 300,000 to 450,000
*Determined based on previous salary, experience, and skills
※If overtime occurs, overtime pay will be paid separately.
