【Job Description】
We will take care of your architectural surveying and marking work!
This is a little different from the kind of surveying you might imagine, as it is a surveying of a new construction site.
You will generally work in pairs, so if you have any questions you can ask immediately.

~What is architectural surveying?~
Architectural surveying is the job of transferring building plans onto the actual construction site.
Using surveying equipment and lasers, we accurately mark the site for the location and height of the building, as well as the positions of doors and walls.
This is a crucial job that forms the foundation of construction work, essential for completing a building according to the blueprints.

・Display the dimensions from the building position to the door position described in the construction drawings in the original size at the construction site.
・Use a light wave rangefinder, etc. to take marks and draw lines.
-We are involved in a variety of processes, from determining the position of the piles to the placement of doors, sashes and signs.

*There is no clerical work involved, so you will rarely have to come to the office.

What kind of projects will you be in charge of?
・Apartments with around 20 to 30 households
・Tower apartment
・Large-scale warehouses, etc.

Depending on the site, we will work in pairs or in a team of about 10 people!
Construction times vary depending on the scale of the project, from one or two days to as long as a year.
Teams will be determined based on your preferences and suitability!

Tokyo, Kanagawa prefecture, Saitama prefecture, Chiba prefecture
7% of our work is done within Tokyo.
Most places can be reached by public transport.

8:00 Morning assembly/safety meeting
8:30 Start work!
10:00 Morning break (30 minutes)

<Flow after joining the company>
We practiced operating surveying equipment for about 3 to 4 days,
You will learn from the president and senior employees about what architectural surveying is and how to do it.
After arriving at the site, the main work is left to the senior staff, who follow up on it.
You will increase your knowledge and abilities.
After joining the company, you will spend the first 2-3 years accompanying your seniors and learning how to use surveying equipment!
Even if you have no experience, we will teach you carefully from the beginning, so don't worry!

<Earn an extra 500 to 5,000 yen per day by obtaining qualifications!>
Obtaining the "Architectural Surveying Technician" qualification will earn you an additional qualification allowance!
The pay is around 1 to 500 yen per day, so you get a fixed salary plus extra benefits!
Of course, all costs incurred in obtaining qualifications will be borne by the company!

<Income model>
No experience, 6th year since joining the company
Annual salary of 422 million yen + qualification allowance
→ Monthly salary: 35 yen *If working 2 days
