Occupation: 40 years in the industry. The joy of growth!

Even though I've been doing this job for 40 years, the construction sites and the heavy machinery I use are always different, so I've never gotten bored.
As I gained experience, the work and responsibilities I was given changed.
Currently, I am also in charge of planning the process of changing the foundations in order to build new facilities on untouched mountains where there are no roads.
My job is to think about what kind of work should be done after receiving the completed drawing.
This is something we can do thanks to our accumulated experience, and we are proud that this is a job that cannot be replaced by machines.
I would like to pass on the experiences I have gained to the next generation.

I am very grateful that the environment is in place so that I can work while raising my children.
At the work site, both men and women operate heavy machinery, but I am able to make time for myself and have one day off a week, so I can spend time with my children and relax after work. (I get two days off a week, but depending on the weather, I may work on Saturday and have Monday off.)
It's a rewarding job because your efforts are reflected in your results.
