【 Job Description 】
We will be entrusting you with architectural surveying and marking work, mainly at private sites!
This is a little different from the kind of surveying you might imagine, as it is a surveying of a new construction site.
・Display the dimensions from the building position to the door position described in the construction drawings in the original size at the construction site.
・Use a light wave rangefinder, etc. to take marks and draw lines.
- Involved in various processes, from locating stakes to positioning doors, sashes, and signboards.
*There is no clerical work involved, so you will rarely have to come to the office.
What kind of site is it?
・Apartments with around 20 to 30 households
・Tower apartment
・Large-scale warehouses, etc.
Depending on the site, we will work in pairs or in a team of about 10 people!
Construction times vary depending on the scale of the project, from one or two days to as long as a year.
Your team will be decided based on your preferences and aptitude!

Tokyo, Kanagawa prefecture, Saitama prefecture, Chiba prefecture
7% of our work is done within Tokyo.
Most places can be reached by public transport.

We practiced operating surveying equipment for about 3 to 4 days,
You will learn from the president and senior employees about what architectural surveying is and how to do it.
After arriving at the site, the main work is left to the senior staff, who follow up on it.
You will increase your knowledge and abilities.
After joining the company, you will spend the first 2-3 years accompanying your seniors and learning how to use surveying equipment!
Even if you have no experience, we will teach you carefully from the beginning, so don't worry!
If you obtain the qualification, you can earn an additional 1 to 500 yen per day!

If you obtain the qualification of "Architectural Surveyor", you will receive an additional qualification allowance!
The pay is around 1 to 500 yen per day, so you get a fixed salary plus additional benefits!

No experience, 6th year since joining the company
Annual salary: 422 million yen + qualification allowance
→ Monthly salary: 35 yen *If working 2 days
