Weekly holiday 2 day system
Day shift: Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays
Night shift: Wednesday and Saturday holidays

Day shift: 06: 00-15: 00 (actual work: 8h / break 1h)
夜勤：15:00～24:00（実働：8h/休憩1h）、17:00～03:30（実働：8h/休憩2.5h）

Day shift: 275,000-380,000 yen
Night shift: 300,000-400,000 yen
