\We are looking for a surveyor in Nishitenma! Salary increases and bonuses available! Work hard and your income will increase! /

We are Ametsume Registration and Surveying Office, founded 17 years ago in Kita-ku, Osaka.
The company was established by a person who has been working in the surveying and research industry for 25 years.
We are actively recruiting surveying engineers to increase our workforce!

• Annual salary increase (depending on performance), and bonuses twice a year (depending on company performance)!

【In particular】
1. Survey work
・Use equipment to measure land location and elevation differences
- Check land boundaries and areas and collect accurate data
2. Data processing and analysis
・The measured data is input into a computer and analyzed using CAD software and GIS (geographic information system).
- Perform calculations and corrections to minimize measurement errors
3. Creating maps and drawings
・Create topographical maps and design drawings based on survey data
・Providing basic information necessary for construction and civil engineering work, etc.

Land:Building 7:3

・Approximately 5-6 buildings per month
・Approximately 3-4 plots of land per month　

<Supported area>
Kansai area (Osaka, Nara, Kobe, Wakayama, Kyoto, etc.)
*Day trips are the norm.
*No transfers.
*Please work in pairs.

～What is surveying in the first place?～
Using special equipment, we measure the height, length, width, and distance of objects,
The task of clarifying the shape, size, height, and relative positions of the land's terrain.
This is an essential and important job when constructing new buildings or creating maps.

We also provide advice to experienced individuals who wish to go independent and individuals who wish to obtain a land and building surveyor qualification!

[Revenue example]

3rd year with experience, 30 years old
Monthly salary: 34 yen (including overtime allowance)

*Salary increases of 1 to 5000 yen will generally be given once a year.
