We are currently looking for a construction manager to work with us!
【 Job Description 】
Construction management mainly focused on new construction and renovation of steel-framed and large wooden buildings.
・Creating plan drawings
・Estimates and cost estimates
・On-site process management and safety management
・Management and supervision of the entire construction project
・Meeting with the ordering party
・Supervision and guidance of on-site workers, etc.
<Business trip>
In addition to the six Tohoku prefectures, we also travel nationwide to the Kanto and Chubu areas.
* This will occur approximately once every two weeks and will involve an overnight stay of 2-1 days.
About K-Tech Corporation
We are a company that specializes in wooden construction and designs and constructs large wooden buildings, mainly for nursing care facilities and medical facilities.
Due to increasing demand, we plan to open a new office in Omiya, Saitama Prefecture.
We are looking to receive new orders and will be hiring construction site management.
