You will be in charge of civil engineering design for roads and rivers.
◎ There are currently 9 people in the organization.We are contributing to the community with our high technology and team strength.
■ Contribution to the community with high technology:
・ Received four excellent construction-related work from the Iwate Prefectural Land Development Department. With 4 years of establishment in April 2019, we are a company with high technical evaluation and reliability, mainly in Iwate prefecture and municipalities, and high customer satisfaction.
・ In disaster recovery projects such as heavy rain disasters, we are proud of the number of maintenance points in the prefecture, and as a local company, we are contributing to disaster prevention and mitigation, safe and secure areas, and social development as a local company.
・ We also carry out maintenance and management plan formulation work such as bridge inspection work, bridge repair design and other social capital repair and investigation work, and bridge life extension repair plan formulation work.
■ Training system: We support the acquisition of qualifications by participating in training by the Iwate Prefectural Survey and Design Industry Association and preparing for in-house examinations.Practical work is carefully guided by senior employees at OJT.In the milestone year, we deepen our friendship on a study trip and gain insight by seeing modern structures.
◎ In 2019, we celebrated the 45th anniversary of our founding and conducted a training trip to Osaka and Kanazawa. In the year of the 40th anniversary, I also went to Hawaii.
